    Q. What is the cost of delivery? 

     

    A. Delivery costs to UK mainland is £50.00, orders over £300 are free of charge. All click and collect orders are also free of charge. 

     

    Q. Can I order a sample?

     

    A. Yes, you can order a sample. Please use the contact us page to request the sample(s) you would like and we will post a cut sample to you free of charge. The first three are free of charge. Anymore than three and we will advise of the cost when they are requested. 

     

    Q. How do I know my order has been received? 

     

    A. You will receive a confirmation email. 

     

    Q. Can I request next day delivery?

     

    A. Please contact us if you require a next day service as we can try to arrange this subject to an additional carriage charge. 

     

    Q. What happens if my tiles are out of stock? 

     

    A. We will email you advising you of a revised delivery date. We will also give you an option to reselect if this date is not acceptable. 

     

    Q. Can I return non faulty tiles? 

     

    A. If you are not completely satisfied with your tiles you can return them at your own cost, within 14 days after the receipt of your order, undamaged and in the original packaging. In addition you have up to 28 days after purchase goods may be returned (Full boxes only) at your own cost for a refund subject to a 20% restocking charge. 

    After 28 days the products are non returnable and non refundable.

    Q. Do you charge VAT on tiles? 

     

    A. Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT. Our VAT number is GB 777 797 738.

    Q. I can’t find the tiles I want can you help?

     

    A. Yes, please contact us via the contact us page. 

     

    Q. What happens if my tiles arrive damaged? 

     

    A.  In the unfortunate event of your order arriving damaged in anyway. We must be advised of the damage within 1 hour of the delivery supported with photographic evidence. We will then replace/collect accordingly. No claims after this will be accepted.

    We have made every effort to display the Products as accurately as electronic media will allow, however the images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee an exact match of the on-screen appearance to the actual Products, which may vary slightly from those images depending on your screen settings and resolution.

    1. All Products shown on our Website are subject to availability. If a Product you have ordered is out of stock we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer you a substitute item. You can then decide whether you would like the substitute item or whether you would prefer to cancel your order (in which case we will provide you with a full refund).

Our third party courier must also be notified on arrival of the goods. We will then replace/collect accordingly. No claims after this will be accepted.

    4. Mastertiles cannot be held liable for over or under ordering. 

     

    5. Your delivery will be delivered to the nearest accessible location to the delivery address.

    6. You should not arrange for a fitting until the goods have been received. The lead times stated are quoted with goodwill, we however cannot be held liable for any failure to meet these and any consequential loss.
